2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2005 has more power, more body when compared to previous vintages. Deep blackberry in balance with oak, with elements of vanilla, and clove. The tannins are ripe and mouth coating.

On the Silverado Bench Estate, just east of the Napa River, and from high elevation vineyards in the Napa Valley, we have found the right combination of climate, soils and exposures for growing Cabernet Sauvignon.

Pairs well with beef, such as well spiced tri-tip, or New York steak. Enough fruit flavor to also pair well with pasta in moderate to bold red sauces.
